Do you need to be registered to proceed with the purchase?

You can also purchase as a guest but it is recommended to have an account to track and check the status of orders, record your addresses, check the status of returns and much more. If you do not yet have a registered account in a few simple steps.

Do you have a physical store where you can buy your products?

How to order on Step by Step Shoes

Shopping on Step by Step Shoes is very simple once you have found the item you want to buy, follow these simple steps:

  3. open the cart

  4. enter the discount code if you have one

  5. click on proceeds

  6. enter the mail, your contacts and shipping address

  7. choose the preferred payment method and click on "payment"

Can I cancel an order?

Orders can be canceled until the amount on the chosen payment method has been charged or in case the bank transfer has been selected the order may be cancelled until the confirmation of availability of the goods.

Subsequently it will not be possible to cancel orders.

Can I book an article?

You can't book an article about Step by Step Shoes.

For ITALY the shipment is always free (it comes with GLS courier) and the estimated time is 48-72 working hours (sometimes it may take one more day depending on the time when the order is made).

You can pay orders by credit card, debit and prepaid (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express), Paypal, or by bank transfer (see below).

In case you need to receive an invoice, please contact our customer service using the contact form or chat on the site. The invoice emission data must coincide with the invoice address.

You cannot pay with mark.

Bank transfer

By selecting this payment method, once you finish all the purchase steps, we will send to the email address used to register an email with all the necessary data to complete the payment.

Once you place your order, you have 3 working days to pay.

If we do not register your transfer within the days mentioned above, we will cancel your order.
